Tree hanging over roadway. Multiple taller vehicles have been hitting tree branches and other turn away from turn lane causing potential traffic incident.

tree branches also intertwined with some kind of lines above.

Previous request (#15750514) was forwarded to Duke. that was about a month ago with no action. Please don't forward to Duke, they are useless.

Please help with resolving this issue before it becomes a real problem.
