Bent railing

I have observed the Ventnor City public works employee who drives a red Ford pickup Plate # NJ H27 JJA not stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Winchester and N. Cambridge Ave.on several occasions. Today, Sunday August 18, 2019 at approximately 7:05 a.m. I observed him run the stop sign again. It was the first time I was able to get his tag number. Please ask this employee to observe all traffic laws and signs. This employee represents the city and should set the example and not think that just because he is a city employee he has special privileges. I know he is a PW employee because I observe him drive to the parking lot and I often see the truck parked there during the day.

5 or 6 Lights are out at ramp of boardwalk

Road in terrible shape, puddle with ton of water which vehciles splash onto front lawn, loose pebbles/rocks/asphalt also gets tossed onto lawn, several divots and holes in road. Taxes should be enough to pave this entire road, patchwork NOT working.

Trash and belongings on MLK side of browns park. JFS engaged with female she stated she's has meeting her county work tomorrow at the county building. Other trash not in her tent is not hers

Curb is cracked in a few places,also the gutter has large cracks where dirt and debris pile up in storms. Who is responsible for this ? Victor R. Garlitos Jr.
