Tires dumped illegally along roadway

The drainage ditch at 31st St., North and 53rd Ave. is obstructed by tents and debris left by homeless individuals living in the Woodline. It is directly behind 31st St., North and 53rd Ave. along the retention pond perimeter fence on the eastern side. Area was checked for persons none were found

Neighbor called and advised that the pool is left open. The front gate to the property does not secure, providing access to the backyard. Neighbor is concerned for neighborhood kids. Reporter is a PCSO Deputy.

Multiple people at residence trash is stacked up in various parts of the yard. Additionally there is no power or water at the residence. Reporter is a PCSO Deputy

The house is been abandoned for years. There are squatters living in the house and using the back of the residence as a bathroom. There appears to be multiple people living at this location, and is unsanitary for human occupancy. Location needs to be boarded up in the interest of public health. We got a report of a dog ichained to the doghouse in the backyard. The anonymous reporter advised they were u sure if the animal had food or water. We checked area was on able to locate the dog barking. No contact made at the residence as the resident was not home and no animal located. I am a Pinellas County Sheriffs Office Deputy - M.
