Resident states street is dirty and sweeper rarely goes there.
She would like sweeper to go by.

Resident states bushes on median strip of sidewalk are overgrown and need to get cut down.

Resident said she received a letter in 2015 asking if she wanted a new tree in place of the one that was removed - she responded and said "NO". BUT a tree did get placed and is near her drainage. She would like for this tree to get removed to prevent any future damage to her drainage.

2 mattress, red couch, and old toilet were dumped in front of 2061 Lincoln Avenue.

The first 2 tree on Broadway next to 2600 Otis Drive are severely over grown. The 2nd one has a split near one of the heavy branches. Resident is concerned of damage even injury to passing pedestrians. He does NOT want the trees removed but to have a good trimming to prevent any falling tree/large branches.

There is standing water in the storm drain by fire hydrant in front of 1324 Fountain St. The water is attracting mosquitos. He is concerned because of near by elementary school.

A few weeks ago the sidewalk in front of 1112 Peach Street was worked on and since the repair there has been a water leak. Resident has contacted EBMUD but they have not remedied the problem.

Install parking meters on east side of Park St. between Eagle and Buena Vista Ave.

Install a 30 minute Parking zone in front of the bakery

Tree appears to have a severe lean and can potentially collapse onto the Krusi Park fence. See picture attached.

The street sign at Ralph Appezzato (Atlantic Ave.) and Mosley is damaged and hanging. It is the one on the traffic light signal going in the direction of Alameda Point.

6 months ago she paid for red curb at her driveway - sidewalk recently was worked on by City but did not re-paint curb. She would like to also request that she gets 2ft red on each side of driveway instead of 1.5ft.

Property is next door to City parking lot - She has previously complained about the fence needing to be addressed. She also said their is a lot of ivy growing on it and she maintains her side but the City has not kept up with it. She also mentioned trees / bushes next to her (city owned) need to be better maintained. She mentioned that this has been an ongoing problem.

Resident would like to get a tree planted in front of her home at 1420 Page Street, she would like to take part in specie selection.
