Business has structural issues that fall into potential health and safety violations. The following have been witnessed by myself. Past un permitted work listed below and current un permitted work is going on and there is no visible work permit posted.

1) Improper wiring and un permitted work

2) Un grounded electrical outlets.

3) Improper electrical at the breaker panel and un permitted work

4) Lighting fixtures without proper electrical boxes, exposed wiring

5) Improper type junction boxes used in wet location and mounted to floor. 220 junction under sink

6) Defective doors. Gaps at all doors, allowing for bugs to enter. Outside walkin door allows for access of rats.

7) Rotting and decaying walls from water damage (interior)

8) Uneven flooring creating trip hazards

9) Water damaged walls and ceilings

10) Mold and mildew in interior walls and walkin cooler.

11) Carpenter ants and cockroach activity present throughout the property.

12) improper wiring and safety systems in place in the exhaust hood.

13) Exterior and interior wood rot and water damage at windows and doors

14) tiki hut outback in dissrepair and constructed with no permit.

15) No main water shut off at building.

16) Most plumbing work was un permitted and un documented.

17) Soffits on roof allow for entrance of small animals such as rats

18) Both Men and Womans bathroom plumbed without permits.

19) Floor drains no draining properly.
