Agreed. Specifically East bound traffic every day is backed up from 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile. I timed the east bound Curlew light crossing Belcher at 3:45 today it lasted 38 seconds from green to red. The left turning lane from Belcher to Curlew westbound lasts 21 seconds.
