Description

The SBL signal is not activating correctly despite a long line of vehicles waiting. Sometimes it activates twice in a cycle, but mostly not at all. It’s typically a leading left turn, but the only the through movements on 5th turn green. This is leading to traffic backing up for blocks up 5th Street. I’m on a Line 96 bus and was sitting at this intersection for up to 10 minutes.
