side bank of canal or ditch is eroding it use to be over 6 foot behind the fence and now you can barely walk around there. Can this be buried? and can the canal be cleaned? we had a mosquitoe guy out and said that they could be breeding in that green area and leaves area and that he found mosquitoes in it
