In addition to adding more 25 MPH signs along Robert Davey, Jr., can signs be put up indicating “Geese Crossing?”
I witnessed a goose getting hit by a car (going faster than 25 MPH) around 11:30 am on September 19, 2021, around Packet Landing and Robert Davey, Jr. The geese cross the road to get from one lagoon to the other. The car that hit the goose did not stop and the goose was struggling. Unfortunately, I was concerned about the goose that I didn't get the vehicle's license number.
I called Harbor Bay Security, so they will have a report of the goose being hit and hopefully the goose survived.
